Robins are Songbirds that symbolize fresh beginnings and renewal. The name Robin means bright and shining, a nod to the hope of a bright future that the birds symbolize.
Here we are in Michigan where Robins are the state bird. We have been starting over here, and every few yards I walk, I see robins constantly reminding me that God wants to give me a hope and future; That he has brought us here for renewal. How often do we find ourselves wading through the tough emotions that come with starting over, when in reality it is an opportunity for healing, renewal and a fresh start.
